Today's Environmental Issues" The first session will introduce
"The partnership between ecological NGOs and local
governments for developing a recycling conscious
society in Japan." Four members from Chiba, Kanagawa,
Saitama and Tokyo prefectures will report on their
environmental situations. The second session is an
international panel discussion entitled "International
Partnership and Women's Roles in Establishing a Global
Recycling Conscious Society". Four overseas
participants will be invited as panelists. Invited
