The Chiba Convention Bureau (CCB) offers "Genkan Guest CCB's Home Stay Program" (\2,000/person/day with breakfast) by which participants can stay with a family living in the city. CCB started this program to minimize living expenses during your stay and invite as many participants as possible to the Conference. As for details, check "Home Stay" on the attached "Registration and Hotel Reservation" form and send it to iCwes 11-KNT desk directly before May 14, 1999. iCwes 11-KNT desk will send you detailed informations and a special application form for this system.
3. Payment/Confirmation
Payment of registration, accommodation, banquet and tour(s) reservations should be made only in Japanese yen by one of the following methods.

4. Cancellation
Cancellations should be sent to the iCwes 11-KNT Desk in writing.
A cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit according to the following table:
- Registration: Before June 5, 1999: 20%, after June 5, 1999: 80%
