Program
The final program and a list
of participants will be distributed at the Registration
Desk.

Proceedings
A set of Proceedings will be
given to all registrants at the Registration Desk.
4. Speakers'
Briefing
On arrival, all speakers
should report to the Registration Desk on the first
floor, and meet with their respective chairpersons 10
minutes before the beginning of their sessions to make
arrangements with the chairpersons to assure the success
of their presentations. For confirmation of the time
schedule, please see the final program.
5. Oral
Sessions (July 24: 16:00-17:00
July 25: 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00 July 26: 9:30-12:00,
13:30-17:00) : Rm 302, 303, 304 (3F) Speakers are requested to load
their own 35 mm slide trays prior to their talks.
Those speakers using OHPs will be
responsible for handling their own OHPs during their
presentations.
Oral presentations are
allotted 10 minutes with 5 minutes for Q & A.
6. Poster
Sessions (July 24 14:15-17:00
July 25 & 26 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00) : Rm 301
(3F) Boards 1.2 m by 1.8 m will be
provided. Only thumbtacks or mounting pins should be used
to mount the poster onto the cloth-covered boards.
The poster title and author(s)
should be large enough to be read at a distance.
Authors are requested to be present
at their posters during their allotted time.
Posters should be mounted
prior to the designated poster session time.
7.
Language English-Japanese interpretation
will be available at the Opening Ceremony, Keynote
Lectures, Invited Lecturers and Symposium.
The official language of the
conference is English.
